Refund Policy

The clinical fee covers your physician's medical review. If any eligibility check or our physician determines that treatment through SleepScriptMD isn't safe or appropriate for you, the fee is automatically refunded in full — no action needed from you. Once physician review has begun, the fee is not refundable for a change of mind.

The clinical fee is separate from what you pay your pharmacy for the medication itself. We do not bill for medication and cannot refund it.
