1. Medical Disclaimer
SleepScriptMD provides asynchronous and virtual telehealth care for insomnia. Our services are not suitable for individuals with:
- Complex psychiatric or medical conditions
- Substance misuse histories
- Sleep disorders other than insomnia (e.g., narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, severe sleep apnea)
Always consult your personal healthcare provider for urgent or emergency concerns.
2. No Guarantee of Prescription
Completing an intake does not guarantee a prescription. Treatment eligibility is determined solely by our licensed clinicians.
3. Age Restrictions
We only provide services to adults ages 18–64.
7. Telehealth Consent
By using SleepScriptMD, you consent to receive medical care via telehealth, which includes asynchronous communication and/or video visits, depending on state regulations. Risks and limitations of telehealth are acknowledged by your use of the service.
