Founders

Peter Kelly, DO

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Peter Kelly is a Board Certified Physician and has been practicing Family Medicine for over 10 years. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN and the University of New England School of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME. Dr. Kelly completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2010. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a Member of the AOA and AMA.

David Danish, MD

Chief Psychiatric Officer

Dr. Danish started his work in psychiatry in 2007, when he entered his residency at the University of Pennsylvania. He loved teaching and supervising medical students and was awarded the Penn Pearls Award for excellence in teaching. Since then he has enjoyed teaching and managing medical students, residents, fellows, and nurse practitioners.

Jenny Pak

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Jenny Pak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University in their family across the lifespan program. She received her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University as well, and has worked as a registered nurse at TJUH for over 5 years. Throughout her time in healthcare, Jenny has always believed that the key to keeping patients out of the hospital is by delivering exceptional outpatient primary care.
