Treatments We Provide
What kinds of sleep treatments does SleepScriptMD offer?
Are prescriptions the only option, or do you offer other sleep aids?
Are prescriptions the only option, or do you offer other sleep aids?
No. While medications can be an option, we prioritize evidence-based, non-prescription approaches. We often recommend CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia), which can be done at home, as well as sleep hygiene strategies, which are of utmost importanceand often the most common cause of sleep issues.
Additionally, we can recommend high-quality, evidence-backed supplements (such as melatonin, magnesium, and others) through Dr. Danish’s Fullscript store at a discounted rate: Fullscript Store.
If OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) or other sleep disorders are suspected, we can provide a prescription for a home sleep study after a virtual consultation, in partnership with Empower Sleep: Empower Sleep.
Our focus is always on long-term sleep improvement rather than just quick fixes.
