Prefer to Speak with a Provider?
You can BOOK A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT and meet with a licensed professional—often within days. This is required for patients with certain medical, psychiatric, or substance use histories, and it’s also a great option if you simply prefer a live conversation. During your visit, we can also explore personalized alternatives like supplements or a sleep study.
If you go through the process and there is a medical or mental health reason for which we cannot give you actionable advice, you’ll pay nothing at all!

To provide the best care and respect your time, we require you to review and confirm your understanding of the following policies. This ensures SleepScriptMD is a good fit for your needs.
You Meet Our Eligibility Criteria
- You are between 18 and 64 years old.
- You live in one of our approved states (check list below).
- You do not have certain medical, psychiatric, or substance use conditions that would make online insomnia treatment unsafe. (This includes active psychiatric treatment, daily benzodiazepine use, severe heart or kidney disease, and recent substance abuse, except nicotine or marijuana.)
You Understand & Agree to Our Pricing & Insurance Policies
- Asynchronous AI-Assisted Care: $45/month or $120 for 90 days.
- Virtual Session (25 min with a psychiatrist): $120 intake, $90 follow-ups.
- Patients with moderate medical or mental health concerns will be required to do a virtual appointment.
- Insurance is NOT accepted (but invoices for live sessions are available for self-submission).
- Virtual appointments are prepaid and non-refundable if cancelled within 48 business hours of the appointment.
You Understand Our Prescription Policy
- We do not prescribe benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Valium, Klonopin) or other sedative-hypnotics (e.g., Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata).
- If you are currently taking daily benzodiazepines or sleep medications, we cannot provide treatment.
- All prescriptions are sent to your chosen pharmacy without markup.
